When you start individual life coaching, we will start to dive deep into what your root beliefs are concerning the area that you are struggling in. It may be relational, financial, or just personal. No matter what it is, we all have beliefs that we have consciously or unconsciously developed and if those beliefs are not based on truth, they will end up hindering or stunting our growth.

With individual life coaching, I start by just simply asking some questions around the subject of choice to get you thinking and talking about that issue. Typically if my clients are open to really diving deep into past issues, past hurts, and are open to discussing and answering the questions I ask them honestly, we will find a root, if not more than one.

When you shine a light of truth on a root belief that is a lie, you acknowledge it and replace truth there, the only result will be freedom.
