This will be an opportunity for you to ask questions as well of her. We want to make sure that it is a good fit for both parties. As a heads up, the style of life coaching that Lindsey does requires vulnerability, willingness to learn, and effort on your end as she will give you assignments at the end of the sessions of things for you to work on. And there also has to be a willingness to face into hard things, take an honest look at yourself, and be honest with yourself and willing to grow based on her approach and questions in the session.
