1. Q. How long does an actual session run?
A. 60 minutes
2. Q. What will we focus on?
A. Whatever topic the client chooses.
3. Q. What does a normal session include?
A. We start and end with prayer. I will ask many questions while taking notes to uncover the root as quickly as possible. Once the root is found, we will discuss some of the details surrounding how it got there and why, and then move on to replacing it with the truth found in God's Word. Before the end, I will give you an assignment should you choose to do it, to help the client continue to make progress between sessions.
4. Q. What happens if the topic turns out to be more painful than the client can handle emotionally?
A. Liv 'N Freedom Life Coaching is meant to help, not harm.If the topic takes a turn for the too painful, I will gently recommend we end that topic for the day and replace it with something else less painful. I will also go on to recommend another service called Tapping by another trusted practitioner to assist in a cognitive shift surrounding that subject. Once the client feels steady emotionally and ready to go back and tackle that topic, they can schedule another session to pick up where we left off.

5. Q. How often should I schedule a session?
A. Each client will have to decide this answer for themselves and their unique situation, but I would suggest starting with something consistent such as once a month, once every two weeks, or once a week. After that the client can tailor how often we meet to their needs.
6. Q. What happens if I feel I need to take a break?
A. No problem. Either let me know, or if that feels too difficult, just stop scheduling appointments. Your health, healing, and progress are completely in your hands, so you need to do what is best for you. I never want to waste anyone's time or resources, so if you feel you need a break, I fully endorse that.
7. Q. How does payment work?
A. After you schedule an appointment, you can go to the Venmo account Lindsey Arnold@Livnfreedom to complete this payment. This can be done anytime between making the appointment and right before the session. Payment for the session has to be received before the session starts. If payment is not received, the session will automatically cancel.
8. Q. How do we meet?
A. To keep things simple, we meet over FaceTime for Iphones and over the app Duo if you do not. I will call you at the scheduled appointment time.
9. Q. Where should I be when we meet?
A. It is best for you to choose a location where you feel completely comfortable, safe, and able to share honest answers to the questions. Being alone is ideal so there are no human distractions to take away from your focused time.
10. Q. What happens if I need to reschedule a session?
A. If you reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, you can just cancel your current appointment and make another one. If you cancel the same day, you will be charged 50% of the total, and the other 50% will apply to your rescheduled session.
